Even though I have been a bit under the weather lately and all the kids have been passing it around and then around again...I did manage to get out Sunday afternoon and meet my wonderful friend Jenn and her Family at one of out local parks to do a Family Photo Shoot. Jenn is actually a talented photographer, however she wanted to actually be in her family portraits so, I was the photographer she chose to help her get the shots she wanted. They were so fun to work with.

My First Blog Anniversary and Giveaway

I just realized that October marks my 1 Year Blog Anniversary.
I have only been active on my blog since August, but I first created the blog last October. Actually, I created it and then forgot about...Bad blogger girl!!!
Now I am hooked and here to stay!!! Yipppeee!!

Stamp Club Meeting-October

Here are 2 of the 3 projects I designed for my October Stamp Club Meeting last night. Bekki of Bekki B Stampin' was our hostess and she made the most wonderful Pumpkin Cookies and delicious Potato Soup!! Yummy!! Thanks Bekki!!

This card might be too simple, I didn't realize the deadline was today at 7, I had about 20 minutes to make it, take picture, crop it and up load! Whew! I barely made it!! I had to meet Jenn and Bekki at Starbucks at 6:30!!

Cardinal without Red

I finally attempted to use this beautiful cardinal stamp set from Stampin' Up! I decided to not go the traditional "Red" route!! Instead, I chose to heat emboss Mr. Cardinal in Basic Black on Very Vanilla with accents of Kiwi Kiss and Pink Pirouette!!

I made this Toy Box for the same little cute I made this stool for last year!! Colton Braley is adorable and his Mommy and Daddy's Little Miracle!!

I started a NEW BLOG...Pink Sassafras!!!

Today, I started a NEW Blog and named it.... PINK SASSAFRAS!!! A place for all my family, home school, photography, learning to cook, decorating, quilting and everything else but the Kitchen Sink... unless I decide to blog that too!!
