Happy New Year

I wanted to write this post to say Thank You ALL for your amazing love and support this year!!  This has been the busiest year ever. With all the DT assignments and stamp poor family suffered, yet lovingly continued to support me with lots of patience and understanding. We walked through a few issues (that not even all my family knew about), that combined with my already hectic schedule of deadlines and demands was nearly unbearable. Thankfully God is Great and with Him all things are possible.  He will only give you what you can handle, even when it feels like you can't.  Thank You Lord God for holding my hand and carrying me those times i couldn't walk myself.  I'd like to take a moment to remind us all to be kind and considerate of others, we never know what they might be walking through that causing a bad or hard to understand attitude or causing them to be distant. It's not always black and white. Love others the way you want to be loved. Offer the amount of Grace you'd like to receive. Pray for your enemy with the amount of dedication you hope to prayed for!!

For 2011, I have decided to simplify. Give God more of me. Focus on Family. I started this in October when I decided to design from now on only for By LORi Designs Digi Shop. From now on, I will be designing on my own time line, meeting my own deadlines, answering to me, while making sure that i have lots of time to Serve my Lord and Love my Family...the things that should have been #1 before!!

Thank You all for your friendship, love and support in 2010!! Thank You for blessing me and my family with orders!  Thanks for loving the Lollipops, Sugar Sticks and Puddle Jumpers. You all make By LORi Designs what it is and what it will become...from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU!!!

I also have received quite a few emails this year with prayer requests. I have to tell you that it has touched my heart far more than you will ever know to be asked to pray for you and/or your requests. It is an honor!!  Thank you for trusting me!!

May your 2011 be filled with Love, Health and Blessings galore!! Thank You for your friendship!!

May God's light shine through all I do and all I am!! Please forgive me for any offense!! I love you my friends!!

Many Hugs, Lots of Joy and Blessings  - LORi BOYD

No, dear brothers and sisters, I am still not all I should be, but I am focusing all my energies on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead, I strain to reach the end of the race and receive the prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us up to heaven.

2010 was a wonderful year...because I found BLD and became seriously addicted to all your images. I love being able to sit and colour and create with them. You have an amazing talent and I think its awesome that you have taken a step back and made that your personal focus. Sometimes there are so many things that we focus on for so many reasons....sometimes its a good thing, sometimes its a hard thing. Its great that you have worked through all the hectic times last year to end the year on such a high with your shop. I look forward to what you bring us in 2011. Keep Rocking Lori!!!!

What a wonderful message of hope and inspiration, Lori. I hope 2011 will bring good things to you and your family. I am confident that business is going to be good to you in 2011 - those designs of yours are the best and now we have the pleasure of also having adorable designs by other members of your family as well. You have all been blessed with a wonderful talent and I enjoy sharing your talents with others by using your images on cards I make for family and friends. Thanks for your hard work and dedication - Blessings to you and your family!

Lori, What a wonderful decision. I know with 4 kids of my own how hard it is to keep up with them the way they need me, much less my husband and the Lord. My prayers are with you as you follow your heart and faith! May you have many blessings in the upcoming year!
