OCC - Limited Supply Challenge

Hi Everyone!!
It's OCC Challenge time!!

Our Challenge Hostess this week is Kim Teasdale, the challenge she has created for
all of us is... Limited Supply Challenge!! Now this really was a challenge!
Here are the rules: You may use any paper including designer papers but are only able to use a maximum of 3 layers (including your stamped image), 1 type of embellishment (buttons or brads or ribbon, etc), any stamps that you like and sentiments are optional.

Cardstock: Stampin' Up! (of course, the best) Pacific Point and Kraft
Tools: Heat Gun, Glassy Glaze Enamel, Versa Mark, Black Embossing Powder, SU! Marvelous Markers, SU! Paper Snips, Stampin' Up! Jumbo Pewter Eyelets, SU! Cutter Kit (for distressing) and Stampin' Up! Crop-a-dile

Lori, this is a beautiful card, I love how the embossing on the BG gives a wet look, that to me really accentuates the water theme of the card.

Ohh Goodie Vicki!! I am glad you picked up on that effect...I was trying to make it look watery!! I used the SU! Glassy Glaze Stuff instead of regular clear embossing powder!!
